Here's my secret: I personally eat 3 meals of 250 calories a day, mainly salads with good olive oil, but also enjoy 2-3 pieces of chocolate throughout the day, so I never feel deprived. I am extremely active. I walk everywhere, do my own cleaning at home (I think that is the best cardio ever). I am 50 years old, 5'2, 117 lbs and still fit in my jeans from 20 years ago.
