Many people say that men and women are from different planets. We are not really sure that it’s about planets, but most likely about physiology and some other things. Women are different from men in many aspects and some of these differences are even advantages. TIMESTAMPS - Men and women get dressed in a different sequence 0:35 - Women are less inclined to take risks 0:57 - Men have a better sense of direction 1:38 - Women are better at multitasking 2:25 - Women see a wider range of colors than men 3:24 - Women have a better sense of smell 4:37 - Men handle sleep deprivation better than women 5:18 - Alcohol and women are a heck of a mixture 5:44 - Some women have to put a lot of effort into going down the stairs 6:22 - Men and women shake hands differently 7:01 - Men and women look in the mirror for different reasons 7:27 - The female body changes more often 8:10 Summary: -Most women get dressed from top to bottom, while men usually go the other way. -Women have a tendency to be more worried about others, men are more willing to throw caution to the wind. -Males do better at tasks requiring spatial awareness, like finding the way. -Women are better at multitasking than men, especially in stressful situations. -Women can differentiate more colors on the spectrum than their male counterparts due to their genes. -Female genes also make women more sensitive to smells. -Men can adequately perform daily tasks even if they didn’t get enough sleep, while it makes women feel more tired and less enthusiastic. -The female body doesn’t cope with alcohol as well as the male body does. -It’s hard enough walking in high heels, let alone going down some stairs in them. -When some women shake hands, they just offer their hand but don’t move it. Men do it firmly and actually shake their hands. -Women they tend to notice the negative stuff even in the most perfect look, while men check out their reflection to admire their favorite body parts. -The female body goes through so many more changes during a woman’s life than the male body does during a man’s life. HELLO GUYS HOW R U ALL , IN THIS . IM . TALK . ABOUT . 6 . MAIN DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MEN AND WOMEN . Detail of Michelangelo's The Creation of Adam (circa 1511) Part of a series on Masculism Men Boys Masculinity Movements[show] Topics and issues[show] By country[show] Notable persons[show] Lists and categories[show] See also[show] Symbol mars.svg Men's rights portal v t e A man is a male human. The term man is usually reserved for an adult male, with the term boy being the usual term for a male child or adolescent. However, the term man is also sometimes used to identify a male human, regardless of age, as in phrases such as "men's basketball". Like most other male mammals, a man's genome typically inherits an X chromosome from his mother and a Y chromosome from his father. The male fetus produces larger amounts of androgens and smaller amounts of estrogens than a female fetus. This difference in the relative amounts of these sex steroids is largely responsible for the physiological differences that distinguish men from women. During puberty, hormones which stimulate androgen production result in the development of secondary sexual characteristics, thus exhibiting greater differences between the sexes. However, there are exceptions to the above for some transgender and intersex men. A woman is an adult female human being. The term girl is the usual term for a female child or adolescent. The term woman, however, may also be used as the general term to identify a female human, regardless of age, as in phrases such as "women's rights". Women (in contrast with male humans, or men) typically have two X chromosomes, a uterus, a vagina, and mammary glands (as with all female mammals). Women with typical genetic development undergo regular menstruation when not pregnant and are usually capable of giving birth from puberty until menopause. So obviously there are physical differences between men and women. But besides the obvious ones, what else actually is there? Well in this list ill be showing you 5 real physical differences between men and women. ------------------------------------------------------- Vlog Channel: http://www.youtube.com/more5 Twitter: https://twitter.com/OfficialAll5 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sam_all5 Website: http://www.All5.me ------------------------------------------------------- 5) Fat Distribution There is a significant difference between men and women when it comes to fat distribution. When a male gains weight, normally the extra fat starts building on their belly's. Where as for females it usually sets on their behind and thighs. A trait I'm sure most men are thankful for. But it isn't just fat distribution that men and women are different. In fact in general women find it harder to lose weight than men. This is because men burn calories faster than women. 4) How we see Men and women see things differently. For example women have better night vision than men, better visual memory and can see more of the red end of the colour spectrum. However men have the advantage in other parts of vision. Depth perception, distance vision and lighted environments are all where men have the upper hand. And maybe you've noticed that women blink twice as often as men, this is said to be because of higher levels of estrogen in their system. Another difference is that men are ten times more likely to be colour blind. 3) Illness Despite men being on average physically stronger than women were not as tough when it comes to disease. Men are much more prone to nearly every illness than women. So why are women so much more resistant to disease then men? Well its said to be due to the fact that a women's body produces more cortin than men. But there are a few diseases then women get more often. Breast cancer being an obvious one, female reproductive disorders and benign tumors. But apart from that men top the list when it comes to disease. We also tend to not live as long. 2) Fingers You can tell a lot by looking at ones fingers. Generally speaking men's index fingers are shorter than their ring fingers. And in females its the other way round. You see the length of the ring finger reveals the amount of male hormones. So this trait can be off, as some men have less male hormones than others. 1) Organs Generally speaking men are naturally bigger than women. In fact on average men are about 10% bigger than women. However when it comes to the organs, women have bigger livers, stomachs, thyroid glands and kidneys. They also generally have lower blood pressure and a faster heartbeat. Men on the other hand have bigger hearts and lungs.

Men's and women's brains are wired very differently, according to research that involved looking at brain scans to find various differences in the structure and connectivity in male and female brains. Researchers have also found that instead of having a fixed neural blueprint, we might be adjusting this blueprint according to societal standards. Lissette Padilla and Elliot Hill discuss how these new findings may be reinforcing stereotypes about men and women, in this clip from the Lip News. HELLO GUYS HOW R U ALL , IN THIS IM TALK ABOUT BOYS VS GIRLS BRAIN POWER. The brain is an organ that serves as the center of the nervous system in all vertebrate and most invertebrate animals. The brain is located in the head, usually close to the sensory organs for senses such as vision. The brain is the most complex organ in a vertebrate's body. In a human, the cerebral cortex contains approximately 15–33 billion neurons, each connected by synapses to several thousand other neurons. These neurons communicate with one another by means of long protoplasmic fibers called axons, which carry trains of signal pulses called action potentials to distant parts of the brain or body targeting specific recipient cells. Physiologically, the function of the brain is to exert centralized control over the other organs of the body. The brain acts on the rest of the body both by generating patterns of muscle activity and by driving the secretion of chemicals called hormones. This centralized control allows rapid and coordinated responses to changes in the environment. Some basic types of responsiveness such as reflexes can be mediated by the spinal cord or peripheral ganglia, but sophisticated purposeful control of behavior based on complex sensory input requires the information integrating capabilities of a centralized brain. The operations of individual brain cells are now understood in considerable detail but the way they cooperate in ensembles of millions is yet to be solved. Recent models in modern neuroscience treat the brain as a biological computer, very different in mechanism from an electronic computer, but similar in the sense that it acquires information from the surrounding world, stores it, and processes it in a variety of ways. It’s no secret that boys and girls are different—very different. The differences between genders, however, extend beyond what the eye can see. Research reveals major distinguishers between male and female brains. Scientists generally study four primary areas of difference in male and female brains: processing, chemistry, structure, and activity. The differences between male and female brains in these areas show up all over the world, but scientists also have discovered exceptions to every so-called gender rule. You may know some boys who are very sensitive, immensely talkative about feelings, and just generally don’t seem to fit the “boy” way of doing things. As with all gender differences, no one way of doing things is better or worse. The differences listed below are simply generalized differences in typical brain functioning, and it is important to remember that all differences have advantages and disadvantages. 25 Biological Differences Between Men And Women That Aren’t Commonly Known | List25 Want more? Check out the Science & Technology Playlist: http://bit.ly/21NCpRG If you like this video subscribe to List25: http://bit.ly/1rPhSQH We all know that men and women are different from each other. That much is solidly within the world of fact. And many of those differences stem from our biology (there are a good amount that could be chalked up to our environment, but that isn't the subject of this article). We all know this, but what exactly are those biological differences, apart from the obvious ones? Well, fortunately for us, doctors and scientists study things such as these. In healthcare, it is critically important to distinguish between men and women because they need different types of attention. From drug doses to emotional support, there are varying needs in every department which is why doctors and scientists study this so thoroughly. They have to make sure that both men and women receive the best level of care. For our purposes today, however, we're more concerned with finding out what exactly those biological differences are. At least the less-known ones. These are the differences that you were never aware of. They're not obvious, but they exist. And they define at least a little bit of the difference between male and female. So, without further ado, these are 25 Biological Differences Between Men And Women That Aren't Commonly Known! If a female has a defect, she still has another copy of that X chromosome. Our brain is the route of our consciousness, reasoning and personality but is there a difference between a male and female brain? Subscribe: http://bit.ly/SubscribeToEarthLab Humans are subject to cultural conditioning based on societal gender norms. Growing up with these norms does shape a persons behaviour, making it hard to align the differences with hard wired differences in the brain. To really take a closer look at this topic, scientists have started to look at the brain structure and the result are fascinating. The difference between men’s and women’s lacrosse begins with equipment and protection, and extends far into the rules. “I kind of equate it more to basketball, where the officials will call fouls, but it’s stick close to the head area and that’s the real reason why there are so many differences, just for safety purposes,” said Michigan High School Lacrosse Coaches Association Hall of Fame Chairman Mike Costello. “On the guys’ side, there’s more physicality, there’s more contact. I equate that to hockey.” When choosing to join the sport of Lacrosse, many girls don’t know that it is a very different game from men’s lacrosse. Especially if they grow up with older brothers. “When I was younger I thought it’d be a little bit different, but I love it now,” said Haslett-Williamston lacrosse senior captain Bianca Kinder. “I have two older brothers. The oldest played boys’ lacrosse, so watching that game and playing this one, it’s different to see that it’s called the same sport, but just the rules and the way that they’re played, it’s so different.” The rules in the women’s game do not prohibit checking, but instead make it very specific as to where and how women can check. “Toward the body, away from the body all that, and when they do check, it has to be a quick tap and up,” said Haslett-Williamston girls’ lacrosse head coach Bronti Belanger. “Every once in a while they want to be more physical, I mean it depends the team that we’re playing and how rough the other team is being and then you almost want to retaliate, which is the worst thing you can do. That’s when they want to be more physical and that’s when they get more frustrated that they have to kind of hold their reins in and hold their anger in and take it out in other way than checking and being more physical like the boys can be. So my biggest thing is no retaliation. If somebody does it to you and they don’t get called, as soon as you do it back, I feel that’s when the call happens. It happens on the person retaliating. So I tell them over and over not to retaliate, let the refs do their job. If it becomes an issue they come talk to me, I can talk to the refs, I can tell my speaking captains to talk to the ref and we try to take care of it. That way, rather than retaliating and getting the foul.” Full article coming soon.

In this lesson, I cover a subtle difference between a boy 's speech and a girl's speech. I'd like to do a second part to this lesson, as it is not as clear as I would have liked. Either way, I hope you can take something from it! Thank you for watching.

Mila Kunis gets real about the difference between boys and girls. Mila Kunis shares two kids with That 70's Show costar Ashton Kutcher. They have a daughter named Willow who is three years old and a son named Dimitri who is a one year old. Mila told Ellen Degeneres that she couldn't help but note the contrast between her two kids. “They’re incredibly different. My boy’s like a sloth. He’s wonderful, and I love him — ’cause one day he’ll probably watch this and be like, ‘Why did you say that?’ — but the truth is, women are smarter than men. And I have this evident from my two different humans that I created.” Who run the world? Girls.

There seems to be a higher incidence or a higher ratio of boys as is to girls. With autism the data is three to five boys get diagnosed to one girl. However, when a girl is involved, she is more impaired and that is of concern but it's just something that we know we don't understand why this happens but there seems to be a difference in the biochemistry and in the genetic makeup to that degree that the male testosterone system is more vulnerable in that sense. So we have more developmental disabilities and definitely an increase in the diagnosis of autism as we do often increased speech delivery for example in a boy versus a girl and it's interesting that even in the unit NICU, when you have a male infant or a female infant get sick, the survival chances of the female infant is better that the male infant. So what is it about the chemistry of the makeup that is different between boys and girls? A lot of research is out there but as prevalence more boys are involved with autism than girls and more boys get impacted with autism than girls.
